I have finally got out of my rut and completely made something LOL!! it was very calming too :] just sitting on the couch with hubby doing something that I enjoy doing. Here is the completed project....
I'm very happy with it! The wreath on my door was looking rough, so I made some felt flowers about 5 of them and started arranging them on there and was trying to get out of making a red, white, and blue just because I wanted to keep it up for the rest of the summer, but then I realized that I had some little flowers and the flag and just went from there. Now, I have a beautiful hand made wreath :] and it only cost me about 6$ haha. I had the wreath, and a friend of mine gave me the felt a long time ago. So really the only thing I bought and I had bought them awhile back, was the small flowers and flag from Michael's for about 5$.
Speaking of Michael's, Marshall & I went there today after visiting the SPCA. We took our time and walked around the whole store pricing things for my upcoming jewelry classes. I found some awesome beads and other things that gave me inspiration for things to make as soon as I get some cash LOL. I was looking through a couple of their books and found an awesome button necklace that I am going to attempt tomorrow. Although, I don't quite have all the things I need, I have the basics, buttons and wire LOL.
Marshall wakes up early so its time for bed, (after I check my FB, of course).
